It's Time to Celebrate!

Dinner is Served!  

There were a few final touches before serving the dinner.  

  • Sue strained the lemon vinaigrette and then drizzled it over the caprese salad.  If you really love your parmigiano reggiano, don't strain it!

  • I brushed the chicken one final time with the balsamic marinade.​

  • I drizzled 1 tbsp of marsala on each martini glass of zabaglione before setting them out.
